Shipping

Every TinKiu piece is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide from Los Angeles, California via USPS, UPS, or DHL. All prices are listed in USD.

Shipping rates are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: Free on all orders
  • All other international orders: $35 USD flat rate

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a full residential or business address at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK and Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Asia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–21 business days

Customs processing may add extra time beyond these estimates. For Memory Collection pieces, these times apply after your 6–8 week production period.

In stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days. Memory Collection pieces take around 6 to 8 weeks, as each photo is set and sealed into the ring by hand. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. TinKiu is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For the following markets, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. Your package will arrive fully cleared with no additional charges at the door:

  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Canada
  • Mainland China
  • European Union
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Switzerland
  • Taiwan
  • United Kingdom

For all other destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rate and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary by country and order value. We do not refund duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email contact@tinkiu.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made as your order may have already shipped or entered production.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds for returned-to-sender packages. To avoid this, please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Memory Collection pieces are crafted individually for each customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

For non-memory pieces, we offer store credit within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, please email contact@tinkiu.com and we'll walk you through the process.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Memory Collection pieces
  • Sale and promotional items
  • All international orders shipping outside the US and Canada
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

The following are also non-refundable in any situation:

  • International duties and taxes
  • Shipping costs on returned items
  • Items lost or damaged in transit
  • Items that have been worn or removed from original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your piece arrived damaged or defective, please email contact@tinkiu.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Refund requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Normal wear over time, such as the gold layer fading or silver tarnishing, is expected and not covered.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped or entered production. Once a Memory Collection piece enters production, the order cannot be cancelled as materials and labor have already been committed. To request a cancellation, email contact@tinkiu.com with your order number.

Sizing

We are unable to offer sizing exchanges. Please refer to our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler or using a ring sizer before ordering.

Repairs & Resizing

Unfortunately, TinKiu does not offer repair or resizing services at this time.

Purchases from Stockists

If you purchased a TinKiu piece from a retail partner, please refer to that retailer's shipping and return policies. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders placed through third party stockists.

Policy Updates

TinKiu reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
